What can I say about Tor’s Nia Dance Class other than if you want leave a class feeling energised, better about yourself, supported and smiling then this is where you need to be! It’s a great mix of dance (co-ordination of all levels is thankfully acceptable), a hint of martial arts, breath work and a bit of relaxation at the end…what’s not to like! 

As alway ,this is a great class!. It's inspiring and affirming. No pressure, no competition- just moving at your own pace and preference to beautiful music and gentle instruction. And what a beautiful group of ladies to join with-all ages and stages.
